Myanmar Passport Renewal In Singapore

Requirements

1 ) Application Form

2) Personal history form(CV Form)  and bring along one Passport Photo

(Photo to be taken at Embassy to be used in MRP Passport )

3) Copies and Originals of income tax payment receipts

4) Original and a copy of Passport (Photo page and validity page)

5) WP/Spass/EP/PR Card (Original and Photo copy)

6) List of Households/Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate(if applicant is a dependent)

7) Copies and Originals of Passport, IC and Tax receipt of your host (if applicant is a dependent)

8) Recommendation Letter issued by University/ College/ School concerned and

9) Student Pass(Copies and Originals) (if applicant is a student)

Please Note : Myanmar Passports holders and their dependents are eligible to apply for a new Passport when there are only a few pages left.
