  • IT Manpower Outsourcing

    • We help our clients to reduce and optimize the cost of its workforce through our manpower / workforce outsourcing solution. We have a pool of well-trained and experienced staff who can render their service and be deployed at our client’s office on a long-term basis.
      We will manage all staffing matters (including recruitment, back-fill, payroll, training, career development, job rotation, staff counseling, etc) on behalf of our clients, so that they can focus on their core businesses.
  • IT Helpdesk

    • Working in conjunction with our business partners in Singapore and Malaysia, we offer a full-suite of onsite IT helpdesk or offsite call center round-the-clock (24 x 7 x 365)services to our regional and global client organizations.

  • IT Technical Services

    • We provide onsite technical support services to companies that cover full suite of office equipment such as PC, notebook, printers, network connectivity devices, server and email support services.

  • Web-based Timelog System (NCS) and NCS Manual TimesheetWeb-Based Timelog System by NCS
    You are reminded that you will need to timelog into NCS web based timelog system every month.Please find out from your direct reporting manager/supervisor in NCS on how to use the system.

                                                                               
  • Transport/Meal Claim FormAny transport or meal subsidy claim forms must be submitted to EPS by the 15th of every month, and only original forms and receipts will be processed and paid together with your salary at the end of the month. We would also request that all receipts are attached neatly onto A4 paper. Any claims without receipts will not be entertained and claims received after the 15th of every month will only be processed and paid together with your next month’s salary.
    Please note that all fields on the form, including the Staff signature, Project Code and Cost Centre Codes MUST be filled in correctly. Your reporting supervisor and Manager In-charge must sign on the form to verify. Forms that have not been completed will also not be process, and will be returned to you for rectification. EPS shall not be responsible should the claim be lost in transit.
    Receipts are not required for Meal Subsidy claims, which are fixed at $7 per meal. However, you are still required to submit original claim forms.
    Note: Claims that are dated more than 2 months from the date of submission, will not be entertained.
    Eg, If you submit a July 2004 Claim in November 2004, it will not be entertained.

  • Payment of SalaryEPS will credit your bank account with your salary and any claims/overtime/allowance (if entitled) by the end of each calendar month. Please contact your hiring manager for any salary related maters or email : admin@eps.com.sg
  • Benefits Claim FormIf you are entitled to medical claim, kindly complete all the relevant fields in the NCS Benefits Claim Form and submit together with your medical receipt to EPS by the 15th of every month. Claims without form or receipts will not be entertained. Claims received after the 15th will be processed together with your next month's salary.

  • StaRS - Staff Recommendation SchemeStaRS* - Staff Recommendation Scheme….a scheme whereby NCS staff are rewarded if their refferals are successfully hired by NCS.
    We are pleased to inform you that with effect from 6 June 2005, all subcontract staff of NCS will be eligible to participate in the StaRS!
    The cash reward for every successful recommendation will be S$800 for either permanent/contract/sub-contract positions recommended.
    Payment of the cash vouchers will be made upon completion of 6 months’ service.
    NCS will pay the amount to the agency who will then pay the sub-contractors.

  • Change/Update in ParticularsYou are required to update your particulars online immediately whenever there is a change in your personal records (eg. A change in your mailing address, etc) so that your records are kept updated at all times. If your personal particulars are not updated, EPS will not be responsible for any lost letters (such as IR8A forms, pay slips, etc.), or correspondence sent to the wrong address. We shall reserve the right to impose an administrative charge for any additional documents or correspondence requested..

  • Pay AdviceA computerized pay advice shall be sent to your residential address upon salary payment. Re-print shall be available at $2 per copy
  • Insurance Form/CoverageEPS Group Insurance/ Workman Compensation
    All employees will be insured under our company's group insurance policy, subject to EPS' and the insurance company's prevailing terms and conditons.
    Staff earning $1,600 or below per month will be covered under the workman compensation scheme.
    Due to the differing policies, kindly approach Ms Elaine Chin or your EPS hiring manager, should you require any clarification on the insurance schemes.

  • Bank AccountsPlease provide your hiring manager with your bank account number when you join EPS. For ease of payment, accounts with POSB/DBS and UOB are preferred
  • Annual Leave Policy1. Annual leave eligibility will be based on contractual term.

    2. Unless stated otherwise, all subcontract staff are entitled to 12 days of annual leave per year

    3. The subcontract staff’s Reporting Officer (RO) or Department Head is responsible for approving a subcontract staff’s leave. No leave may be taken without prior application and approval from the staff’s Reporting Officer (RO) or Department Head.

    4. If a subcontract staff wants to check on his leave balance record, please send email to check with their respective EPS Hiring Manager.

    5. A subcontract staff is allowed to carry forward 50% of the contractual year leave entitlement to the next contractual term. Any balance in excess of 50% of the current contractual year, leave entitlement shall be forfeited.

    6. All carried forward leave must be consumed within 3 months of the following contractual year. Any unconsumed leave will be forfeited.

    For example:

    A subcontract staff joins NCS with a 1 year contract on 1 Apr 2012, his annual leave entitlement shall be as follows:-

    Contractual period – 1 Apr 2012 to 31 Mar 2013
    Leave entitlement – 12 days

    Leave allowed to be carried forward to the next contractual period – 50% of leave entitlement (6 days)
    Contract Renewal – 1 Apr 2013 to 31 March 2014
    Leave carried forward from the last contract – 6 days – to be cleared by Jun 2013 (3 months of the following contractual year)

EPS YOG Appreciation Dinner Cum Movie



Year 2010 marks the history for the first-ever Youth Olympic Games (YOG) held in Singapore. EPS is honored to be part of the action.
