New Project Promotes Responsible Travel to Burma

 In a recent post
 I wrote about some aspects of the question of whether one should travel to Burma or not. Now it’s time to introduce our latest project, which continues our organization’s activities in these fields since 2007 and basically maintains the original message: You can’t make a 100% ethical trip to Burma, but you can as a traveler significantly control the impact of your travels, and there are good chances that many responsible travelers to Burma will together contribute to an improvement of the situation.
We have decided to go a different way than the usual projects that present you with pages of information and advice. We engage travelers by asking them to tell their travel stories, and we equally involve Burmese locals by complementing both voices side-by-side.
